Two-Storey Private Residence, Cyprus
This two-storey villa in Cyprus was designed as a calm, refined living environment inspired by nature, light, and material authenticity.
The architectural concept follows a contemporary aesthetic with clean lines and balanced proportions, while the interior atmosphere is built around a soft palette of natural olive tones and warm wood textures. The goal was to create a space that feels serene, timeless, and deeply connected to its Mediterranean surroundings.
Natural materials play a central role in the design. Warm wood surfaces bring depth and tactility, while the expressive marble Patagonia becomes a key visual accent. Its dramatic veining and organic pattern introduce character and subtle luxury without overpowering the space. Used thoughtfully in focal areas, it adds contrast and elegance while maintaining harmony within the overall composition.
The layout of the villa emphasizes openness and fluidity between zones. Large windows allow natural light to enhance the earthy palette throughout the day, reinforcing the soft transitions between interior and exterior spaces.
Every detail — from built-in furniture to lighting placement — was carefully considered to ensure visual balance, functionality, and long-term relevance. The result is a contemporary Mediterranean home that feels warm, sophisticated, and effortlessly modern.
